Our Impact
Over the years, we have transformed more than 1,500 lives, providing skills and dignified employment to members of the LGBTQ+ and PWD communities.
Our initiatives have distributed over 4,50,000 ration kits, ensuring that vulnerable families never sleep hungry,
and created guaranteed jobs that turn hope into lasting independence.
Each project we run is a step toward an India where everyone belongs.

Our Projects.
Trans - Formation.
"If you give a Man a Fish, you feed him for a day.
If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime."
Transformation is an initiative to ensure that the marginalized transgender community is given an opportunity to become a part of the mainstream society by skill enhancing and dignified employment opportunities.
Kineer has been working towards the skill development, training and placement of the LGBTQIA community with corporates. Over 450 members have been successfully trained and placed.
Kinnar Mahotsav
Kineer created History by initiating the Kinnar Mahotsav, celebrating their talent. A day long event at the Tal Katora indoor stadium at New Delhi, where the transgenders were invited from across India to participate and showcase their talent. The artists depicted Mythology through their dance performances, Classical Indian dance performers, Fashion show , Painting and creative Arts were showcased, Even the DJ and Comparing all were only trans-persons showcasing phenomenal performances one after the other.
Capable India
At Capable, our CSR commitment goes beyond business—it’s about creating real impact. We believe that true empowerment begins with opportunity, which is why our initiative focuses on providing meaningful employment to the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) community. Through our bottled water project, we are proud to foster inclusion, break societal barriers, and promote independence. This initiative not only generates jobs—it restores dignity, builds confidence, and drives a culture where ability is recognized and celebrated. Every bottle of Capable Water reflects our dedication to a more inclusive and equitable future. Because when we uplift others, we build stronger communities—and a stronger tomorrow.
Beti ki Shaadi
Kineer has also initiated drives for providing wedding assistance to the brides to be who are facing financial difficulties. Over 58 girls have been assisted till date. Apart from these Kineer also works very closely with the orphanages of Padma Shri SindhuTai Sapkal and has managed the renovations for the ashrams.

Pan India Free Vaccination drive for the Transgender Community.
Kineer in association with Villoo Poonawala Foundation and Apollo Hospitals embarks on the journey of having the entire transgender community vaccinated across the country. Pass this message to any transgender member you are connected with, let no-one be left behind.
Forgotten Families
The community has been effected very badly due to the pandemic as all possible sources of income were shut because of covid. Practices such as begging and sex work had also stopped. During this period Kineer initiated the Forgotten Families ration kits assistance drive. We have assisted over 4.5 lakh members with rations kits across the country and have been showcased as Bharat kay Mahaveer by the discovery channel.
